LuluValentine Studio is now open for business, we offer quality skincare products as well as facial services to help promote healthy and glowing skin in the comfort of your own home. Below you will find our policy for services, hours and more info to help make booking your facial quick + easy. We are ONLY ACCEPTING clients in nola for the month of June.
Special Instructions:
(ARRIVAL) lulu Valentine only offers travel services until further notice. expect us to arrive at your location 15-20mins before your scheduled time to set up. please make sure you have ample amount of space for a massage bed + setup (steamer, light, towel warmer). we will need an outlet close by for the best experience.
(DEPOSITS) You will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT before booking any service. You are required to pay the remaining balance after you have received your services. If we do not receive your full address within 24hrs after booking, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive your deposit back.
(RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION) Please reschedule at least 24 hrs before your original scheduled date/time. You may reschedule ONLY ONCE FOR up to 30 days after your original scheduled date/time.
(INCONVIENCE) For any reason, if I’m behind on schedule or late for your appointment after 20 mins you will receive 10% off your remaining balance after services. I respect your time and support so this is expected of you as well.
